"Xi‘an China Public Security Expo" （Xi’an CPSE) is the first professional security exposition in the west with the largest scale， most powerful influence and highest rate of return. 1.         International standard booth （9M²): 7，200 yuan/each， for domestic enterprises， ＄1800/each， for foreign-capital enterprises （for a corner booth， additional 10％ charge （including the fascia board in Chinese and English， panels on three sides， one table， two chairs， two spotlights， one 220V/10A power supply socket， carpet， venue security， venue cleaning， etc.);

2.         Indoor bare stand （18M ² minimum): 750yuan/M²， ＄200/M² for foreign-capital enterprises （construction administration fee: ￥20 yuan/ M ²)---- height restriction on special booth， 5 meters;

3.         Outdoor bare stand （27M ² minimum): 600yuan/M²， ＄150/M² for foreign-capital enterprises （construction administration fee: ￥20 yuan/ M ²);

● Exhibition procedure

Exhibitors shall fill in the application form （contract) and affix an official seal， mail or fax it to the Organizing Committee. Exhibitors shall pay 50％ of participation fees as deposit within one week， the balance by April 1， 2012， and fax the wire transfer certificate to the Organizing Committee， otherwise the Organizing Committee shall not retain the original stand， with the deposit paid not refundable. The Organizing Committee will， before in May 1， 2012， provide the Exhibitor‘s Guide to help exhibitors to make preparations before exhibition;

● Notes 

1.         All equipment banned by national and public security authorities for sale and use is not allowed to be brought in for sale.

2.         Any unit who needs to organize technical seminars and new product promotions is required to submit to the Organizing Committee the seminar content， new product introduction， presenter qualification and other relevant information one month in advance.
